The allowed extensions are: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, pdf, jpg, bmp, png, tif, tiff, gif.
If you do not have or forgot your username, you can request it by email to: comercioexterior@ancap.com.uy attaching your personal and company´s contact details
In case you forgot your password, please click “Forgot your password?” in the logon page and then fill the form entering your user e-mail address. You will receive a link by e-mail that will enable you to create a new password.
Once logged in the portal, you can edit your account information and change your password.
If your offer was submitted successfully, the following message will be displayed on the screen: “your offer was submitted successfully”. You will also receive a confirmation by email.
It is not possible. In that case, a warning message will be displayed on the screen and you will also receive an email informing that your offer was not submitted on time.
We recomend to submit the offer some minutes before deadline. Please consider that it could take a few minutes for the documents to upload.
In case you are not allowed to submit an offer, a message will be displayed on the screen showing the reason why. If the reason can´t be determined, please complete the form “Information to report incidents” and send it to the email addresses showed on the message.
There are two ways to submit offers:
- 1. Accessing to the link sent by email
- 2. Login to the portal with your registered user/password
Please notice that every time a new tender is opened, you will receive a link by email allowing you to access the tender information, make enquiries or present offers without logging in. Be aware that if you forward this e-mail, anyone who accesses this link can act on this tender on your behalf.
The link is sent to all registered users. In case you shared the link with another person, please be sure that contact details will be changed before submitting the offer. All communications will be sent to the contact who submits the offer.
After you make an offer, if you access the tender information page, your offer information will be displayed in the “Offer” section. Your current documents will be displayed on a list where you can download them or remove them from the offer. You can upload new documents and edit your notes as many times as necessary while the tender is open. Any changes made to the offer will not be saved until you click “Update offer”.
